How to unstake Zillion from Moonlet/ZilPay?

Hi, first-timer here.
I staked ZIL on the Zillion desktop site from my ZilPay desktop extension wallet by delegating to Moonlet.
I want to unstake and retrieve my ZIL.
Moonlet support told me to install and use their smartphone app to unstake and withdraw the ZIL.
HOWEVER, since I delegated from ZilPay, I don't have a Moonlet seed phrase to recover on the phone app.
(Attempts to get clarification from Moonlet support have gone unanswered.)
What am I missing?
