OIF still does not support spells, and there is a reason behind it, implementing spells require the user to setup many complex steps that depend on the spell, some spells can be done with just one animation and onde sound effect, others require entire scripts to properly work, because of that, the spell support is not going to be worked on until the Effect Editor is ready.

The plan is to create special nodes to let the user better create effects that are more complex, spells will naturally be made possible after the nodes are inserted, this feature requires planning later, after the Editor gets ready.
