[FEATURE] System-based modularization

All the features implemented by the module are currently being used and glued to DnD5e, which makes it impossible to fully support other systems. A modularization is required, the features should be grouped inside modules (internal to OIF, not the modules used by FoundryVTT), each module having their features implemented or not depending on the system. This will make it possible to not use certain parts of OIF on systems that already do the feature, for example DnD5e auto removing ammo.

Turns out creating a module to serve as a interface is the best solution, so it can be reused, it must be just one module, capable of transfering concepts between systems, having the users download a additional module for each system is not optimal, can cause incompatibilities and errors by me while updating (it will also not have intellisense lol this one is big for me).
