Endermen Aggro'd By Endermites Do Not Grant Money As Hunter

Description of Issue

An enderman that has been aggro'd by endermites do not give money when killed as a Hunter.

Ones that have not interacted with endermites do give money as normal.

Generally speaking there is damage check, you have to do more than 60% of total damage to an entity for you to get a reward, as this is default requirement, you can adjust this in generalconfig file under ExploitProtections.General.MonsterDamage.Percentage section as endermites do not count as your pets, so their damage can accumulate and prevent payments. This is basic protection from players having mob farms where most of the damage to entity is caused by 3rd party and then they give final blow which creates easily exploitable job, so percentage check needs to be there.

Under my config the setting is currently at 25%. However in my testing the endermites only did one attack before I killed them, so according to the plugin I should be getting paid but that is not the case.
