Even after using the command `/res pset <player> tp true` to grant teleportation permissions to a player, they still receive a "permission denied" message when attempting to teleport.

Describe the bug
Hello author, your mod is amazing! However, I encountered an issue while using it. When I use /res pset <player> tp true to grant other players the teleportation permission for this territory, they still get a "no permission" message when trying to teleport. I have already added Residence.flag.* to the default group. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if there's an error in my settings/operations.

This really depends on actual error message, "permission denied" isn't default residence message, while player without teleportation to the residence receives message like "You dont have teleport access for that residence" as a default message.
Teleportation itself could have been blocked by different plugin, this is why exact feedback message would be needed here to determine which plugin caused it
