[BUG] STILL KICKS WITH FLAG

Bug Description

Hi, i have this settings in afkmanager config:
"SpecSkipFlag": [
"admin",
"vip"
of course i have admin flag, but plugin still kick me from the spec after moving me to there

@chycken I will test with vip and Admin to see why it ignores the flags.

@chycken tested and it seems like the game itself kicks the player off after few minutes not the plugin

@chycken I have added convar to disable the game auto kick. With the altes version this should no longer happen.
