README Examples

Would be good to add two full examples to the README or documentation like:

wp valet new my-project --project=bedrock

and

wp valet new my-project --project=wp

just for a bit more clarity.

The --project= flag is completely optional so I don't know that an example using both would offer much value, especially when wp is the default. The commands do not have any examples yet though so I will consider adding a few that cover some common use cases.
