when i use global_wavelet_spectrum, how to plot the significance testing line?

I haven't included coherence or significance testing in this code, so you would have to derive it yourself from Torrence and Compo.

In the peper of Torrence and Compo, parameter s0 = 2 * dt = 0.5.
while i use their ssn_nino3.dat data and your wavelets code, dt = 0.25 s0=0.48....?
