howto for jenkins or Argo on Readme

Hi,
can you make a detailed description in the readme on how to use jenkins or argo?
ArgoCD I don't know it, but with jenkins I can create the artifacts locally but they are not published on github.

for Argo Workflow, the pipeline is here: https://github.com/aarnaud/openwrt-build-script/blob/master/.argo/build.yml

that use the gh cli from github with env variable for auth to github :
