Issue with deathlog and notification no longer working #99

Hello, this addon has been functioning fine since installation. However, since I joined a guild last week, the deathlog is empty and notifications have completely stopped appearing. That character died, but the problem still persists for new characters (not in a guild). I have trawled through the in-game options for Deathlog, there is nothing checked incorrectly. Incidentally, the 'hcdeathalertschannel' is not shown in the chat channel settings where 'general' and 'trade' 'lfg' are.
I've reinstalled Deathlog several times. I reinstalled Prat to make sure that wasn't messing with it. Is there an addon known to be problematic with deathlog? I haven't added any new ones. Could joining a guild have messed things up? That would seem weird. Any help would be appreciated so much ~! ty
