New command

I propose adding a command that would allow you to "suggest" which aircraft/aircraft would be the "best" choice to service the route given in the command.

The command would contain three component variables:

1. IATA code of the departure airport
2. IATA code of the destination airport
3. aircraft category (pax/cargo/charter) but not a specific aircraft.

This command may sound similar to the $route command, but the difference would be that the result of this command would be to provide several (e.g. 3) "best" aircraft of the indicated category, along with the configuration of passenger/cargo seats and the prices of tickets/cargo.

Very interesting idea, this shouldn't be difficult to implement (a simple for loop over all aircraft and sorting it).

However, I suspect the results won't be that helpful: it might suggest aircraft that are way too costly to purchase. Maybe adding an "aircraft cost filter" would work, but I fear this would add too much complexity.

As for the command, I'm thinking of reusing the route command instead:

$route <ap0_query> <ap1_query> [ac_query] [trips_per_day_per_ac=AUTO] [config_algorithm=AUTO]

if the ac_query is *, it will attempt to scan through all aircraft (while respecting trips_per_day_per_ac and config_algorithm if provided). Is this what you're looking for?

(btw i'm very busy these days so i cannot guarantee the feature to be implemented any time soon)
