[RFF] - Add a flatpak package creation pipeline for releases.

Hi team, it's cool you're supporting nix, but would it be possible to add a flatpak creation pipeline (github action) to create and publish a flatpak for each new release?

Providing that would let many distributions use pre-build release of walker without having to build it from source.
