[Research] Investigate deploying an instance of Abacus

Summary

As an organization outside of ACM-MU, I would like to deploy Abacus without relying on the help of the ACM students. All the features should be readily available when deployed.

Basic example

Nextech in Indiana hosts a smaller programming competition. They grade and judge submissions sent by students using Abacus.

Motivation

This will help make Abacus more easily accessible as an open-source project. Abacus will reach a wider audience and will not be as reliant on ACM students.
