Implement Certificates

Summary

The certifications are already installed on both the frontend and backend. Find another resource instead of Certbot because of issues with the VM. Read through the YAML file for help the implementation.

Motivation

This will make the webpage more accessible during the competition. Users will not need to run this on incognito and can run it on their regular browser.
