Random Mode When Queue is Empty

Keep a list of the last ~300ish songs and randomly select one of them to play if the que is empty.

I propose a predefined list to avoid surprising random rubbish.

Through the API, we have easy access to the Grooveshark Radio, so we could possibly analyze the last few songs played and when nothing is being played query the radio for the genre that is close to them.

Note that we don't want SonicFlow to run when nobody is there, so we may want to make it so that only a few songs are played in this manner before SonicFlow stops playing.

Another thing to discuss is whether to allow anyone to skip a song if it's randomly selected. I mean, if nobody picks it, it might be something that nobody likes.
