When playing Fast Piggie I routinely see the display time drop to 15 ms, sometimes 10ms. However the main screen card for the game says Min Display Time: 87ms no the 10ms I'd expect. If that is an average, it should say that. If it is not meant to be an average the minimum time should be displayed.
