Set up asset server #2
Description
The login and registrations screens for TrustedForm are wonky because the assets cannot be loaded from https://aphid.projects.mecham.net. I'm not sure what the best way to fix this might be, but ideally we could do something in order to patch it up before Tuesday. I'd hate to have to login in front of a potential customer when the screens are all screwy. But, if it's not fixable before then, then we'll make sure we're all logged in before we show anybody the app.
