Cannot override letter spacing, word spacing, or paragraph spacing on its own

Describe the bug
In Text Spacing Editor v 2.2.0, the letter spacing, word spacing, and paragraph spacing changes cannot be activated and evaluated by themselves. They must be combined with a change in line height.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any page on the web in any language.
2. Click on the Text Spacing Editor browser extension icon.
3. Press the 'Set WCAG Values' button.
4. Notice how the text on the page shows the applied modifications.
5. Reset the changes, notificate how the text goes back to its original appearance.
6. Change the value of only the Letter Spacing, Word Spacing, or Paragraph Spacing value and notice how nothing happens.
7. Change the value of the Line Height setting and notice how all the overriden values are applied at once.

Expected behavior
According to WCAG SC 1.4.12, users should be able to override any of these settings individually.

Seems the problem is accepting empty string as CSS. I think my forked version fixed the issue. Can I create a pull request for this issue?
