Add space after period

For dyslexic people, adding space after period (or punctuation) makes it easier to read.
(It is the feedback we have from a mother to a severely dyslexic kid).

Maybe it is possible to detect a punctuation and addClass to it with javascript, so that a space could be added ? A bit like that :
