Onboarding flow #2
Description
We need a multi step on boarding flow, but the majority of the flow will be a kind of audio interview process where the user is basically telling stories of their past experiences and work experiences and hobbies.
What we want to achieve here is that the user just gives all the data upfront and then that data is used when answering Questions and application forms. Like they're just certain thinking kinds of questions where they ask you things about a time when you were vulnerable, or something that you're most proud of. These types of questions we need these answers to these questions right upfront.
In this on boarding day of course will link all their socials and give all their core data. They will also upload their current resume and then be able to dig into that résumé and suggest alternate possibilities for each section.
They'll also be able to upload several cover letters that are written in their style with their voice so it gives AI a training on how to Write future cover letters
