Add progress bars for dataset processing

Description

Currently there is little feedback when running ultrabench DATASET .... There is no indication of the elapsed/remaining time nor the current progress. This is annoying for larger datasets that take longer to process (e.g., Butterfly).

Proposed Solution

Add tqdm progress bars for long running operations/loops.
