Add layout editor settings window

Add 'Settings' button here:

When clicked, it should open settings popup where user can set various settings.
Currently there could be:

• show grid (checkbox) - new feature
• change selection color (color picker)
• reset to default (button)

in the future there could be more, for example customization of rendering style
