Only can install master (and no release tags) with ui

What happened?

Trying to install tags of adapt is not possible at the moment

I asume this is because the releases page is empty and the https://api.github.com/repos/adapt-security/adapt-authoring/releases-endpoint gives an empty list. It's the same behavoiur with and withoug the --prerelease flag set.

Expected behaviour

There is at least one (pre)release to be installed as documentation indicates.

Apart from fixing this issue (for git branches), is there a roadmap and/or timeframe estimation for the 1.0 release (or at least a pre-release)? Anything you need help with to get the release out?
