How to change the settings in Build 191017 and build 191119 not working.

Hello,

i have question. The server seems to work in build 1910117, but i cannot see anyting to make changes to the behaviour of the server. There is no chance to type "--help".

Moreover, the build 191119 can be started, but when i type anything and hit enter it immediately closes and nothing happens.

Please try to start it from the console.

Alternatively create a .bat with the parameter --help or -rest.
