Investigate best practices for configuring session / socket.io authorization failure

Figure out the best way to configure expiration times for session cookies and documents, as well as properly handle socket.io authorization failure.

At present, passport.socketio does not export error messages as constants to use in code for investigating errors. I created a pull request to add this functionality. We'll just have to hard-code the message check for now.. 👎

Using hard-coded error message checking for now. It appears that @jfromaniello doesn't have much time to review PRs these days, which is probably good for him.
