Modal + Vercel Toolbar

I am curious if anyone has any solutions around using something like the Vercel Toolbar in conjunction with the Modal component. We have users wanting to use the Vercel Toolbar in their app to leave comments on a Modal component, but the fact that it gets marked as inert when the Modal is open, prevents it from being interacted with.

This seems like the correct behavior, just curious if anyone has ever had to deal with something like this and had any suggestions for ways to allow the toolbar to be used.

Can you try applying data-react-aria-top-layer="true" to the toolbar?

I had tried that originally, but I think the problem with the Modal, compared to some of the other overlays is that it actually creates an Overlay that covers the page, as opposed to just marking things as inert like the Popover.

EDIT: I think this might work, as long as I can figure out how to apply this retroactively. I have used this a lot with the Popover, but never with the Modal.
