can not see connected device

After installing the app to the victim's Android device and entering the server URL,
I could not see any device connected on Adobot Panel
How to proceed?

I'm in the same position as you...
The page stays on "Loading..." even though I entered the right URL and all accesses have been authorized on the smartphone.
