Not exactly a bug or request but I didn't know where else to ask. What are player and assist slots in relation to the nine DLC slots every character has? I don't know how they really work or what I'm supposed to do with them besides the fact that there's 255 of them and the music dlc might use them? Should the player DLC slot be the same number as the DLC Slot? The assist and player DLC slots can't be the same apparently, so what do I do there?
I tried using Character Gen to give Cecil a DLC Slot 2 costume and set the player DLC slot to 2, but I couldn't also set the assist DLC slot to 2 so I set it to 11 (I assumed slots 1-9 were for the player DLC and slots 10-18 were for assist DLC on that character), set Cecil as my assist in his new DLC 2 costume, and the game crashed.
I also tried looking on the wiki, but that wasn't much help. It told me what the player and assist DLC slots ARE, but not what they actually do and how I should use them when using Character Gen.
