Abyss exit only spawns once per floor on kill

DESCRIPTION:

I've been grinding Abyss for fun and have noticed that there generally will be an exit that spawns fairly early as I kill mobs, however only that first exit ever spawns. I do naturally run into other exits, but they are few and far between. The only guaranteed way of getting another exit is to dive down to a lower level.
