Pitcher score UI should differentiate between when we have a record and don't

Right now the UI shows 'no data' when we map from MLBAM to Fangraphs but the pitcher doesn't meet the GS and IP thresholds, and also when we don't map. I have to manually check each one to make sure we're mapping. It would be better to differentiate. Probably would require pulling in all pitchers (not using the API's threshold) and then filtering in code.
