Thank you for this tool. This has been incredibly helpful in assisting us to easily share the data with our wet-lab colleagues so they can explore on their own. An important question we usually get from the colleagues is to see gene signature scores on the data. Usually, AUCell or AddModuleScore function from Seurat is used for this purpose.
Can this be included in scope? People can submit a list of genes and the scores can be visualized on the UMAP and a mean (or a few more summary metrics) 'score' can be downloaded per cluster/sample etc.
