error compiling on non raspi boards

wirinigpi is outdated and not maintained we need to find away to remove it and find a replacement

I am olso getting this on zBitx v1.02 board , building on Linux sbitx 6.12.47+rpt-rpi-v8 #1 SMP PREEMPT Debian 1:6.12.47-1+rpt1~bookworm (2025-09-16) aarch64 GNU/Linux

Building on Pi4v2

gives this error ;

Using fftw-3.3.10 from https://fftw.org/download.html and following instructions from https://github.com/afarhan/sbitx/blob/main/install.txt

./configure
make
sudo make install

./configure --enable-float
make
sudo make install

and using wiringpi_3.16_arm64.deb from https://github.com/WiringPi/WiringPi debian package build from source and tested pre-built packages.
Old linked file from https://project-downloads.drogon.net/wiringpi-latest.deb is NOT unavalible
