IF induced noise.

At IF level settings of 36, 27, 38 and 42, 43, 44, 45, audible and waterfall visual noise is generated. Noise is constantly located in the same spot on the waterfall. is with no antenna connected and occurs on all bands. The noise is independent of frequency and of mode.

Thanks for verifying. I saw a post by Afarhan on groups that made ne believe he may be aware of a similar issue and might have a software fix that may show some improvement here.

If anyone has a link to new or beta firmware please post and I can test and report back.
