Integrate afids-utils #227
Description
The problem
The afids-utils library was built with the intention of replacing some of the code for core functionality across the different afids projects. In the long-term, the functionality originally written in the validator should be replaced by what has been written in afids-utils, which may require a refactor of the code.
I believe once afids-utils@v0.2.0 is released, this is something that can start to be tackled as a lot of the core functionality of the validator should already be implemented.
