[RFC] New policy page

I think the policy of AFSY should be accessible easily from the AFSY website. What do you think ?

Some things are to discuss:

• Duplication of the drive document or usage of drive API (if possible??) to retrieve the content ?
• UX/UI of that page ?

Imo, the simplest way to make it accessible would be to add a link to a read-only version of the file on GDrive! Or even better, a PDF file which would be rendered on-the-fly.
I don't think it's necessary to create a page for it.
So the point would just be to decide where to put this link.
