link for downloading ProtElektra does not work

In the benchmarking notebook, it is supposed to download the model checkpoints from the following link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/5x5et5q84y3r01m/pytorch_model.bin?dl=1

However, this link currently doesn't work (as shown in the attached image), while dropbox links for other models work.
