Contribution Guide

Context:
There is no clear onboarding guide for contributors. This makes it hard for European OSS contributors (and beyond) to know how to set up, test, and contribute.

Tasks:

• Create a CONTRIBUTING.md with:

  • Setup instructions (install deps, run tests)
  • Style guide (logging, docstrings, imports)
  • How to run lint/tests locally

• Add Hacktoberfest-friendly “good first issue” labels

Impact:
Opens the project to outside contributions → aligns with European open-source community practices.
