CI/CD Quality Gates

Context:
Right now, code merges don’t enforce quality. Setting up CI/CD ensures contributors follow standards automatically.

Tasks:

• Add GitHub Action for pylint and tests
• Configure minimum passing score / fail on import errors
• Add badge (CI passing) to README.md

Impact:
European dev culture values automation and transparency → this gives contributors confidence in the SDK’s stability.

There are and have been checks already, not sure what this relates to. We use ruff+mypy instead of pylint.
