'autosub' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file

I have followed the installation but when I try running autosub -h I get the above error. I've already installed ffmpeg and I've added it to the PATH. I've also run pip install autosub. However autosub -h only prints the above error in the terminal. I've also run it on both the windows cmd and bash cmd to no avail.

What OS are you using? If you are using windows, you have to use follow the instructions described in #31.
