AGNTCY.org website is outdated with old blog, need to be switched out with newer blog

Issue Description

This use case https://outshift.cisco.com/blog/multi-agentic-systems-agntcy-application-sdk-reference-application, is outdated on the resources tab of AGNTCY.org website.

Prposed Solution

This can be switched to the more recent one https://blogs.agntcy.org/agents/kubernetes/demo/slim/open-telemetry/2026/01/15/blog-touring-scheduling-system.html

Hi Jessica looks like there was a confusion, we need to deprecate this one Outshift | Building a multi-agent marketing campaign app using AGNTCY’s Internet of Agents and repost this one Outshift | Building multi-agentic systems with AGNTCY's Application SDK and reference application (this is the one you just took out). I am sorry for this confusion
