Build Slim bindings images in CSIT

Remove autogen and langchain agent from here: https://github.com/agntcy/csit/tree/main/integrations/agntcy-slim/agentic-apps update Dockerfile for python bindings.
Update https://github.com/agntcy/csit/blob/main/integrations/agntcy-slim/agentic-apps/docker-bake.hcl to build image containing bindings examples.
