Preserve handling unit PK when it is moved in its entirety

Would it be useful to include settings that enable

1. Preserving HU numbers for transfers of complete qty's? Given BEAM generates new numbers for every transaction, not just receipts, repacks, or mfr's
2. Handling Unit number naming series options

1. Preserving transfers for complete quantities would be a nice feature and I think it would not need to be configured, just documented. This would be most appropriate to include in version-15
2. The PK for the handling unit being the randomly generated barcode ID I think is most appropriate. I'm not sure what the benefit of a naming series would be.
