Integrate inline landed costing with subcontracting workflow

• Integrate feature with subcontracting work order functionality
  • Edit PI functionality to update item valuation rate if inline LCs present (need to carry finished good item field from PO to accommodate if item is a service item)
  • Need to collect / include raw material value (from stock entry) in item valuation updates
  • Add new setting (?) or wrap functionality to automatically update finished good item for the amount paying subcontractor in PI
• Additional testing (on top of Phase I) to see if everything working as expected:
  • With both inline LC and enable WO subcontractring features ON, submit PI with inline LCs
  • Cancel the PI in prior test
  • If separate setting to auto-update valuation in subcontracting PI (regardless of LCs), submit a PI (with no LCs)
  • Cancel the PI in prior test
  • If separate setting to auto-update valuation in subcontracting PI (regardless of LCs), submit a PI with inline LCs
  • Cancel the PI in prior test
• Testing and Updated Documentation
  • Update tests/fixtures.py to include any new items (with simple rounded prices) to make testing easier
  • Automate as many tests as possible
  • Update documentation for new functionality
