Given the feature added for alternative workstation, it makes sense to develop some additional APIs:
- A "next available" workstation given the valid inputs
- A report, Gantt and/or calendar view that shows the planned start times of WO / BOM / Item
- We will want to augment our manufacturing test data to make this clear both under test and in a demo scenario
