• Extend ADatePicker to allow selection of two dates - should be a prop
• Extend ADate to allow the direct typed/pasted input of two dates and configure the picker above
• The reactive data should be object-like with start_date and end_date keys
• The start_date and end_date should be swapped automatically if the end date comes before the start date

You can select a start date by choosing a date cell (the default is the current day), and the next box chosen will be the end date. The in-between days will have a light gray background to show the range. Choosing a day before the start date will instead select a new start date.

You can also select a date by entering a start date or end date manually up top and clicking the "check" submit button. I changed this to only occur on submit, as the calendar tended to jump wildly around while entering dates and updating on the fly. If the end date entered here is earlier than the start date, they will swap. I've tried this out with the mm/dd/yyyy format as well as "October 5, 2025" format, and they should both work, but I think mm/dd/yyyy is the preferred, so the boxes will default to this format when manually clicking to select dates.

I modified the styling a bit as well. The current day is still bolded, but now the selected day is simply dark gray. Start and end dates have a border on the left and right, respectively.

The range selection option is enabled by using the select-range prop on the ADatePicker component. The start and end dates are stored in a selectedDateRange object with two keys, start_date and end_date, both of which are of type Date. By default, these are both the current date (new Date).

@agritheory This has been updated so when a date prior to the currently selected start date is chosen, the dates instead swap. I imagine people will use the inputs for large date ranges and click individual dates for smaller date ranges (usually on the same month +/- a month).
