Tasks before 2nd seminar agrogeophysics

Before showcasing the catalog during the 2nd_agrogeophysics_seminar, @sagitta1618 and I discussed some reshaping :

• Change catalog contribution collumns names to highlight contributions including datasets and/or notebooks. New columns names should be like article/notebook, article/dataset, datasets, notebooks.

• Add collumn to the db_csv.csv (database file) indicating a with the type of dataset i.e. ER_SW for instance.

• Remove streamlit app, insert it directly into GitHub/datasets using CI integration and skeppa. Work on a specific _ER_SWC_template.html to generate the html files

• Remove geometadp app, and replace by skeppa.

• Create tutorial videos explaining the CAGS
