Consider using dynalite

https://github.com/mhart/dynalite is a reimplementation of DynamoDB in javascript. it's quite compliant and notably faster than dynamodb-local.

I guess it'll be worth using when we want a faster performance compared to dynamo-db local. I'll definitely check that one out later.
