i am getting error pop up window saying - failed to extract a course video. the provided token is probably invalid"

what could be the issue?? i have copy pasted the token value as described step by strep.

win 10.

I'm also getting this. Downloaded one course successfully. Went to grab another and it's coming back with a "No Learning Token is Found" message.
