[Bug] Empty cells (i.e. null's / dbNull / etc) are not being returned in cell IEnumerable sequence

Expected to be able to address Cell Y via index 23:

But the offset is 18

Code clearly states "All" cells

This is what the other "Readers" do !
Because null values are expected.
