Create the Auth views and dummy object to showcase the features of the app

Use GitHub Auth to create and authenticate user accounts. We need to link accounts to GitHub users to be able to track their contributions to the open source projects.

Then for the registration we only need:

• GitHub username
• user password
• user password (repeat)
• saythanks.io link

Login would be :

• GitHub username
• user password
